Refund Policy
We encourage you to get your tickets early but understand that unexpected events may prevent you from attending SD Expo.
- You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 1 week before the start of SD Expo, minus a non-refundable ticket processing fee.
- If within 1 week of the start of SD Expo, you may request this year's ticket be credited towards a future event instead.
