CXPA Webinar: The Neurodiversity Gap in Experience Design
Presented by Mariana De Marchi, CCXP
The Neurodiversity Gap in Experience Design examines how traditional CX frameworks, personas, journey mapping and other design tools routinely overlook customers with invisible disabilities—particularly the growing number of adults, and especially women, diagnosed later in life and after parenthood. As neurodivergence becomes more widely recognized, the gap between real customer needs and the experiences organizations design is widening.
Join us for this webinar as we challenge CX leaders to rethink the assumptions that shape their journey maps, personas, processes, and service standards. We'll explore how cognitive diversity influences the way customers interpret information, make decisions, manage complexity, and navigate friction - as well as how that makes them feel and how brands are missing opportunities.
Through current data and real-world examples, attendees will uncover where their experience design unintentionally creates barriers—and how to build more inclusive, flexible, and human-centered journeys that reflect the full spectrum of customer minds.
